No. We review potential opportunities and confirm customer requirements, your qualifications, capacity, scope and terms before including you in a bid. Any facilitation fees or commercial terms will be discussed before commitment.
Can I request supplies without joining the contract network?
Yes. Select Supply pricing and share your product list. We will quote available products, alternatives and delivery terms for your review.
What should I send for an accurate supply quote?
Product or brand and SKU, case/container size, monthly quantity and unit, dilution or dispenser requirements, and delivery location. Current price is optional. You may upload a redacted supply list or invoice.
Do I need a particular business certification?
All qualified janitorial companies are welcome. List any current DBE, MBE, WBE, SBE, veteran-owned or other certifications so we can assess project-specific requirements.
