2018
ACME Baton Rouge terminal acquired
The acquisition strengthened oil, gas, petrochemical, pipeline and specialized transportation capabilities across the Gulf Coast.
2019
Independent freight broker authority
Beard Logistics gained greater flexibility to source capacity and design transportation solutions across multiple networks.
2022
Warehouse and cross-dock expansion
The Baton Rouge facility added cross-docking, transloading, storage, rework and freight recovery support.
2025
Chemical distribution division
The company expanded into chemical distribution to support industrial and commercial customers across Louisiana and the Gulf South.
